Charter yachts, cruise ships, ferries, hydrofoils and tourist vessels have to be conformant with the latest regulations.
IMO, or the new certification, constitutes the new regulations to be observed and obeyed by law, and as such all components used to build these vessels must be constructed and assembled using materials covered by this certification.
